AspenPrep Fees

Tuition Fee: We charge $300 per month, for both tutoring as well as Credit Courses.

The Fees are due on the first day of each month.
Tuition for Credit Courses is $1500, and the course typically lasts 5 months. Our monthly pricing allows families to pay the fees in instalment.
For a credit course that needs to be completed in a shorter period of time, than usual 5-months, the fees and the payment schedule will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In any case, the number of hours of instructions will remain the same, as mandated by the Ministry of Education.
Tutoring fee includes 2 classes per week for the entire month.

Registration Fees - For Credit Courses Only: At the time of registration, total amount of $600 is due, which equates to the first and the last month's tuition fees. The last month's tuition is treated as the registration fee. If a student drops out of a course before completing the courses, the registration fees will not be refunded.

Family Pricing: Aspen Preparatory's Family Pricing allows families to benefit from lower tuition fees if they sign up for multiple credit courses. Please contact us for details

Aspen Prep Terms & Conditions

Proof of completion of prerequisite courses is required at the time of application.
Registration fee must be paid at the time of registration.
We will refund 100% of the tuition fees you have paid, if we are unable to run the course that you have registered for.
Your tuition fees only includes the in-class instructions. It does not include textbooks (hard bound or online), access to any educational software, supplies, field-trips or science-labs or equipment rentals. These will be charged extra. These costs will be outlined at the time of registration.
Family discount cannot be combined with any other promotional pricing that Aspen may run from time to time.
For any course cancellations, an email must be sent to info@aspenprep.ca. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
1. Tuition fees for High School Credit Courses, both during the regular academic year as well as during the Summer months, are fully refundable until 30 days prior to commencement of the course.
2. For any cancellations, within 30 days of commencement of the course, or after the course starts, no refunds will be given.
If a student drops out, or is expelled or is required to leave Aspen Preparatory, the fees paid is non-refundable.
In case of absence from any class, the student must contact the office to request a separate catch-up class, which will be charged separately at $50 per hour.
If a Cheque is returned by the bank due to insufficient funds, an NSF fee of $50 will be applied.
