SPH4U — Physics

What it covers
Kinematics and dynamics, energy and momentum, gravitational, electric and magnetic fields, and an introduction to modern physics.
Where students get stuck
Turning a word problem into the right diagram and the right equations. Students who memorized their way through SPH3U hit a wall when the questions need actual reasoning.
How tutoring SPH4U works
We start from where the student actually is, not where the syllabus says they should be: check what class is covering, teach the fundamental underneath the trouble, and work problems at the right level until it holds. Between sessions, students message me when they're stuck on homework or prepping for a test.
